Therapeutic based 1-1 sessions drawing upon a range of therapy models including; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused principles and Mindfulness.
Group interventions for pupils in schools or after-school settings such as mindfulness teaching and emotional regulation skills teaching.
Classroom interventions to support learning and teaching such as Circle of Friends and Sociometric assessments.
Training
Bespoke training, workshops & supervision on a number of areas of child development and approaches to teaching & learning including:
Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as Dyslexia, Autism & ADHD.
Understanding Attachment Theory and what this means in the classroom context.
Exam/test anxiety
Covid-19 pandemic related issues.
Teacher professional development through Video Enhanced Reflective Practice (VERP).
Consultancy & Research
Consultation and development of Whole School Policies such as on SEN, Bereavement & Mental Health.
Individual or group supervision for Senior Management Team.
Individual supervision for teachers with responsibility for supporting children with emotional well-being needs.
